Although there is no single and comprehensive definition of urban poverty, in fact, it can be stated that urban poverty means not having revenue and deprive from health facilities.

According to the World Bank, those who earn less than one dollar in a day are poor.  Multi-dimensional poverty may be the most exact definition i.e. economically, socially, culturally, environmentally, Saman Valinoori, an urban expert said.
